About Gaylyn
“I’ve spent the past two decades exploring human nature, organisational psychology, leadership, communication and self-development. My experience enables me to share insights, strategies and tools that will empower you to achieve both your short- and long-term goals.”
Gaylyn believes that the best results are achieved when individuals and organisations are aligned in vision and empowered in voice. Her belief in the ability of positive interventions to drive both personal and professional growth was the motivating factor in the establishment of The CreativeLeadership.
An alumni of the University of Liverpool, Gaylyn holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Business Science Honours Degree from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, she is a coach and certified Enneagram practitioner.
Other qualifications and training include PRINCE2 project manager certification, a Management Development Programme certificate from GIBS Business School and the completion of a Critical and Analytical Thinking course from the University of Pretoria.
Gaylyn works with a diverse range of people in companies across the African continent and Europe, and also has coaching clients in the UK, US and Australia.
